The results of the first quarter in the office segment

In the first quarter of 2015 specialists of East Real held 6 transactions for the lease of office premises with a total area of over 4,800 sq. m. 

The largest transaction was lease sales office of Avito  the 8th floor of the business center Saint Petersburg Plaza area of 2 400 sq. m. Moving company was associated with the expansion of the company and the imminent closure of the metro station Vasileostrovskaya, which was located next to the former office of the company.

With the help of brokers East Real group of companies Omega – recognized market leader in the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems for public sector and private business, rented an office in BC Bashkirov, located on Sinopskaya emb., 52. The total area of the leased premises amounted to 460 sq. m.

Also one of the major transactions of the company East Real in the 1st quarter was lease the Moscow network of clinics Family doctor 3-storey detached house business centre River House. The total area of the mansion is 1 500 sq. m. Petersburg branch will begin its work in April 2015.
