Next big East Real transaction

Delovye Linii, one of the largest freight forwarding companies, signed a long-term agreement to rent 5,000 sq. m. of office premises in Pulkovo Sky business centre located at the address: Vnukovskaya str., 2. Moving to a new office was due to enlargement of the company’s headquarters and intention of its management team to improve quality of the rented office space and staff working environment.

East Real international company took part as a consultant. Apart from providing negotiation services and transaction support, company’s consultants solved the task related to effective planning of such a large office space taking into account the further growth of the renter.
