Grand opening of “Nevskaya Ratusha” will be held on March 20

VTB-Development announced the official opening date of “Nevskaya Ratusha” – a ceremony will be held on March 20. Its doors will open the first two of the business center of premium class to tenants. East Real is co-exclusive partners for renting out premises in “Nevskaya Ratusha”.

The ceremony  will be held at the business center No. 2, offering magnificent views of old Petersburg. Guests will be representatives of Administration, which will move in the building № 1, existing and potential clients and partners of the project. Among the invitees are Andrey Kostin, the President of VTB Bank, and Georgy Poltavchenko, the governor of St. Petersburg.

“Nevskaya Ratusha” is a modern administrative and business development located in the historical centre of Saint Petersburg. The project was given official status as a Strategic Investment Project in 2009, by the government of St. Petersburg. The project aims to unite within one complex the Administration Building and the Commercial Buildings. By 2018, the area between Novgorodskaya St. and Moiseenko St. will grow new blocks of the 9 buildings: 7 business centers class «A», the hotel and the building of the Executive committees of St. Petersburg.
