Filipp Chayka is head of warehouse and industrial real estate department at East Real

Filipp Chayka appointed to the position of Director of warehouse and industrial real estate department at East Real. In his new position Filipp will be responsible for the strategic development of this direction in the company and increasing portfolio of clients.

Filipp working in commercial real estate since 2007. He started professional career in Raven Russia where he held the position of projects manager in Saint Petersburg. In his responsibilities included search and implementation of investment projects in the construction of warehouse complexes in the region. Among the largest transactions that were implemented with the participation of Filipp, can be called a deal for the construction of WC AKM logistics.

Filipp continued his career at Renaissance Development where he was engaged in attracting tenants in the office real estate segment. In 2012, Filipp was appointed Commercial Director at Interterminal-Parnas, where he was responsible for attracting tenants and all commercial activities multifunction logistics center, located in the industrial zone Parnas.
