East Real will hold Saint-Petersburg Property Tour

On May 15th, East Real organizes property tour upon the new sign business centers of Saint-Petersburg for the Austrian delegation professionals of the commercial real estate market. The delegation will include representatives of the leading real estate development, brokerage and banking structures.

During the tour will be visit of new business centers of high class, which form the modern look of the office sector in St. Petersburg. The participants will be able to estimate prospects of development of the office market of St. Petersburg and investment opportunities in this segment.

In the list of objects is business centers of the leading development companies: Trinity place (AB Development), Nevskaya Ratusha (VTB Development), Sinop (Plaza Lotus Group), Renaissance Pravda (Renaissance development).
