East Real opens sales and acquisitions department

In April 2014, East Real launched its sales and acquisitions department. The head of department appointed Dmitry Kuznetsov. The new department will provide services for the sale and acquisition of commercial Real Estate.

In his new position, Dmitry Kuznetsov will be responsible for the development of investment services and for strengthening the position of the company in the investment consulting sphere.

Dmitry Kuznetsov has worked in commercial real estate since 2007. Dmitry started his professional career in Colliers International, then became a project partner of Cushman & Wakefield in St. Petersburg. Among Dmitry’s the largest transactions are the sale of the business center "Austrian" of FGC UES, as well as sale of land in the industrial Park Greenstate Gorelovo (YIT) of Siemens STGT for construction of the plant for production of turbines.
