East Real opens consulting department

In August 2013, East Real launched its Consulting Department. The new deparment is headed by Valery Trushin, who previously headed the Evaluation and Consulting Department in the St.Petersburg office of S.A.Ricci. In his new position, Valery Trushin will be responsible for the development of the department and for strengthening the position of the company in the consulting services sphere.

The new department will provide a full range of services – marketing research of the residential and commercial real estate markets, analysis of the best use of assets, development of concepts and business plans, optimization and support of projects, financial and investment analysis.

Valery Trushin has worked in commercial real estate since 2005. Valery started his professional career in Colliers International. During his many years of work in the commercial real estate market, Valery has taken part in in-depth studies of various sectors of the market for large international and Russian development and investment companies.
