East Real held transaction for the lease in warehouse complex Ahlers Logistic Center

In early June, large Russian company leased 4 500 sq m warehouse complex in Ahlers Logistic Center, located in the industrial zone Gorelovo. The broker of transaction is East Real.

– The tenant has challenged us to find a warehouse of a certain area with installed shelving system for storage of property of the company and other products. After analysing the market, the tenant has opted for a warehouse complex Ahlers Logistic Center, which has become optimal variant, because it fully complies with the requirements of the company and has a very convenient location: proximity to ring road, container terminal seaport, airport Pulkovo. In addition to direct rental of warehouse space tenant will use the additional services offered by the lessor of: goods handling, logistics services.

Warehouse complex Ahlers Logistic Center consists of 4 office and warehouse buildings with a total area of 44 thousand square meters. Warehouses are equipped with modern security system. Fire safety is provided with sprinkler system and fire alarm system with two additional tanks at 500 cubic meters. Warehouse complex has convenient transport location: 2 km from the ring road, Tallinskoe and Kievskoe highway, which provides easy entrance to both cargo and passenger vehicles.
