    East Real took second place of St. Petersburg Broker Rating

    February 19, 2014 the annual conference “First brokerage” took place and the results of St. Petersburg Broker Rating for 2013 were announced. East Real was placed among the top three companies renting out office spaces in class A, B, and C business centres for three consecutive years.

    Last year East Real consultants realized 17,308 sq. m. of office spaces and made 27 transactions, which allowed East Real took second place among companies renting out office spaces in Class A, B, and C business centres.

    Additionally, East Real could take a leading position in each of the segments: 2-nd place in the segment of business centres of class A (9 201 sq.m), 5-th place in the class B (4 132 sq.m) and 2nd place in class C (3 975 sq. m).

    Albert Kharchenko, managing partner of East Real:

    – This year we participated in the first ranking of the warehouse property, realized 15 100 sq.m. of warehouses spaces and taking 5th place, which certainly is a good result. In 2014, we expect further development of the company both in office segment and in the warehouse segment of the market, that will allow us to improve their positions in the ranking next year.
